As business owners, parents, spouses, and community activists, Neil and Deborah Henke have been impactful role models for many people.  First and foremost, they both give God all of the glory for their success in life.  They founded Superior Services with a desire to bring hometown, friendly service to the community of Fredericksburg, Texas.  This idea has been the heartbeat of Superior Services since day one.  As owners, they have always had the highest standards for their employees and enjoy compensating them accordingly.  They've dedicated time and resources to help their employees develop careers and learn how to work productively.  Outside of work, they both love traveling to different Major League ballparks to watch baseball.  Deborah is always coordinating the next family game night or dinner, while Neil enjoys hunting trips and relaxation time anywhere he can find it.  Together, they've selflessly impacted countless lives throughout the community.  Not enough can be said about their leadership and humble personalities.

Superior Services Tree Care has been tending to the arboricultural needs of the Texas Hill Country since 2003.  Our heartbeat has always been prompt service, customer satisfaction, and safe practices.  Tree Care is our sole focus as we seek to share our expert knowledge, relentless work ethic, and unrivaled service to the Hill Country.  We act according to the belief that everything we do brings value to all of our stakeholders.  Whether it be a customer, employee, the community, the environment, or a supplier, we conduct business in a way that yields abounding value.

The "roots" of Superior Services Tree Care are firmly anchored in the rocky crags and rolling hills of Fredericksburg, Tx.  Like an Oak tree originating from an acorn, the Superior Services family has grown through drought and drench.  Originally, the only services offered were trimming, removal, and stump grinding.  Owner Neil Henke developed the tree working craft, and it quickly became clear that more help would be needed.  Over time, the company has grown in size and expertise in order to meet the arboricultural demands of Fredericksburg, Tx.  Fredericksburg will always be home to the Superior Services family as we seek to enhance its historic beauty, and create a safer town through our knowledge and experience with trees.  We currently have an ISA Certified Arborist on staff and five Certified Chipper Operator Specialists.  We rely on a highly skilled team of arborists and industry specific equipment to tackle any challenge presented.
